One of the reasons we do what we do here at tweaker.org is because so many gay men are getting infected with STDs and HIV, not to mention making some potentially dangerous choices about their overall well-being, while they’re high on speed. It’s a big and kind of scary issue in San Francisco, where we have our home base. And, as we all know, it’s become a much bigger issue nationwide and, if what we hear is true, around the globe
