OK, I’ve been using all kinds of uppers for about 12 years by now. Actually, I’ve been using since the House Music scene started here in Europe. 10 years as a speed freak, lots of xtc, and crystal meth for the past 10, 2 years as a beta-user (recreational) smoking it with a pipe. I learned to use like this while I was in San Francisco. I have a successful life and have really nothing to complain about. I learned one thing in those years where I beamed myself up to Lala-land. How to recover from crashes and coming down, especially by taking supplements that helped me to recover faster; legally available and easy to get.
While, after and during partying take regular calcium/magnesium supplements, preferably with vitamin D. Calcium will sooth your nerves and will make feel less much less edgy.
High up and buzzing but know you have to rest and sleep ? Experienced users know that when they eat heavy and fatty foods they will crash.... do that and then take the following supplements over the 2-3 days, before going to bed, or to induce a calm and easy coming down.
Calcium supplement 1x (1000mg is perfect)
Melatonin 1x 5mg is fine
L-tryptophan 400-500mg (free form of amino acid)
L-Tyrosine 400-500mg (free form of amino acid)
2-3 pills complete amino acid nutrition supplement (found in GNC-like stores)
Extra pill of multivitamins
High dosage Vitamin C is advisable as well.
The wonderstuff is those two amino acids tryptophan and tyrosine, do some re-search on the net and you’ll be surprised what they can do. And these are all much better than the pharma downers...on the 3 day after coming down while everybody else is close depression you will be laughing, finding yourself in a lovely relaxed, calm mood...I swear...but...still your body will feel tired just like after a hard work out...but it’s a mental benefit, and helps you to function normally.
